He is survived by: his father Ronald Lee Allen; his spouse Ashley Nicole Zivkovich; his children, Sophia Elisabeth Zivkovich and Anthony Michael Allen; his grandparents, Paul and Joan Tieche of Cambridge Springs; his siblings, Jennifer Andromalos of Conneaut Lake, Samantha Andromalos of Conneaut Lake and Aiden Greco of Meadville; and his stepfather Don Ledrick of Meadville.
