He was predeceased by: his parent John Gordon Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Melissa L. Woodworth (David Cogswell) of Sandy Lake, Debbie Phelps (Greg Nichols), Jon Phelps (Kasandra) of Meadville and Andrea Brodeur Fournier; his grandchildren, Ryan Phelps, Deven Woodworth (Carli), Jordan Woodworth, Hunter Phelps, Rion Foltz, Justin Yard, Lindsey Franck and Tucker Yard; his great grandchild Haylei; his mother Marian L. Phelps of Meadville; and his sisters, Cynthia L. Phelps of Meadville, Martha A. Phelps (Bill Halstead) of Allentown and Debbie Lowman (Dan) of Hilton Head, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
