Mayernik (Dzsubak) of Monongahela; her spouse Richard Borchilo; her grandmother Susan; her daughters, Angela Chiesa (Chris) of Conneaut Lake and Ashley Anderson (Jason) of North East; her granddaughter Scarlett Jean Anderson of North East; her sisters, Mary Ann Rossi (David) of Elizabeth and Patricia Matta (James) of Fort Mill, SC; her brother-in-law James Borchilo of Donora, PA.; her nieces and nephews, Brian Matta, Moriah Matta of Rock Hill, S. C., Andersen, Colson, Brad, Julie Veross of Indian Land, S. C., Luke, Grant, Jamie, Dana Rossi of Elizabeth, Nicholas and Lilly; and also Virginia Staursky (Jeanne) of Allison Park.
