Ratchford, Jr. of Erie; her grandchildren, Scott, Brent, Marlena and Michael; her great grandchildren, Laken and Finley; and her sisters, Virginia Haylett of Utica and Marjorie Bosley of Laurel, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
