He was predeceased by: his brother William Walter Consla III; his grandparents, John and Patricia Holeva; and his aunt Joanna Holeva. He is survived by: his mother Debra A. Holeva; his sons, Damion and Elijah; and his siblings, Vanessa Calzada St. Julien and Gilbert Calzada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
