He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Goldberg and Rae Goldberg; and his brother Stuart Goldberg. He is survived by: his spouse Rita Rothenstein; his children, Arlene Goldberg of Meadville, Steven Goldberg of Cleveland, Ohio, Roy Carter, Jr. of Meadville and Samantha L. Goldberg of Meadville; and his brother Herbert Goldberg.
