She was predeceased by: her parent Henry McGuire; her daughter Ruth Ann; her great grandchild Jessica Marie; and her siblings, Ruth Say, Florence Pamley, Clarence McGuire, Melvin McGuire, Lewis McGuire and Allen McGuire.
She is survived by: her parent Harriet McGuire (Jenkins); her spouse Stewart Handy; her children, Beth Nazelrod (Vincent) of Meadville and Stewart "Bill" Handy (Kimberly) of Liverpool, NY; and her grandchildren, Jana Ringley (Lloyd), Christopher Nazelrod (Michelle), Allan Handy, Ryan Handy (Molly) and Chessie Gilbert (Steven). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
