He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Miller and Shirley Miller (Crabtree); his brother Randy Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Bortsheller and James Hodson.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his stepdaughter Amy Dart (Jeff Mervine) of Meadville; his son Matthew (Anthony) of Ohio; his stepson Jay Elliott (Heidi) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Taylor Dart, Megan, Elizabeth Dart, Emerson and Esther Elliot; his uncle David Miller of Marion, Ohio; his children, Whitey, Duke, Dutchess and Pedro; and his nephew Jimmy.
