She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hanstine and Alice Hanstine (Johnson); her husband Kenneth Leroy Smith Sr.; her daughter Carol Rapple; her brother Harry Hanstine; her grandson Dennis Doggett; and her daughter-in-law Cathy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smalley (Stephen) of Jerome, ID, Robin Andrew of Atlantic, PA, Susan Acel (Kenneth) of Titusville, PA, Kenneth Smith Jr. of Pasco, WA, Shawn Smith and Cameron Doggett of Atlantic, PA; and her grandchildren, Terry, Jr., Tony, Trinity, Danny, Vicky, Brenda, Misty, Jasmine, Kenneth III, Bella, Susie, Shannon, Tonya, Shane, Amanda, Adam, Bryan and Joey. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
