He is survived by: his parent Ingvarda Johnson; his spouse Jean Mumau Baker; his children, Deborah Baker-Holt (Frank) of Linesville, PA, Skip of Linesville, PA, Conneaut of Linesville, PA, Constance Kozlowski of Linesville, PA and Timothy Baker (Christine McCarthy) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Nathan Baker (Katie), Ashley Shokoohee (Daniel), Ryan Kozlowski and Brent Holt (Amy); his great grandchildren, Kayla Baker, Mack Baker, Gordon Baker, Easton Shokoohee, Alexis Holt and Sydney Holt; his sister Sandy Artman of Conneautville, PA.; his grandson Matthew Baker; his son-in-law Gerald Kozlowski; his sister Geraldine Hoover; his brother-in-law Jim Hoover; and his brother Gordon Baker.
