He was predeceased by: his parent Conrad Holzer. He is survived by: his parent Viola Flockerzi Holzer; his wife Maxine Holzer; his sons, David DeWayne Holzer (Cheryl) of Ohio and Ernest LeRoy Holzer (Kate) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Dominique Holzer, Ryan Holzer, Elyse Holzer and Noah Holzer; his nieces, Rose, Sharon and Robyn; his son Robert Edward Holzer; and his brothers, Frank Holzer and Conrad Holzer (Coonie).
The family requests no flowers to be sent, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, PA 16335 or to St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
