He was predeceased by: his spouse Cynthia Ann Weaver; his brother Glenn R. Collins, Sr.; his wife Linda; his brother Alverta Dennis; and also, Margaret Sinclair, Mary Ellen Adkins and Kenneth Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Tessa Collins of Meadville and Timothy Collins of Bellefonte, PA; his stepson Nate Bahurinsky (Michelle); his stepgranddaughter Hannah Bahurinsky; and also, Dale A. Collins (Dorothy) and Guys Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
