He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Daniel Bailey and Marian Glee Bailey (Clark); his spouse Dorothy Jean Weaver; and his siblings, Phyllis Bailey, Nancy Moore, Wilford Bailey and Maurice Bailey.
He is survived by: his sister Audrey Bailey; and his children, Gary, Linda, Dixie and Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
