He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O'Shurak and Olga O'Shurak; his granddaughter Rachel O'Shurak; and his brothers, William and James O'Shurak.
He is survived by: his wife Irma Lipps; his sons, Jim O'Shurak of Meadville and Dave O'Shurak (Maria) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Ryan O'Shurak (Nikki), Danny O'Shurak (Ashley), Zane O'Shurak (Carrie) and Becca O'Shurak; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Andi, Hunter and Logan.
