He was predeceased by: his parent John DeJohn; and his brother John DeJohn. He is survived by: his parent Mary DeJohn (Riccardo); his children, Daisylynn DeJohn of Meadville, Elizabeth Bednar of Meadville and Andy DeJohn of Meadville; his grandchildren, Caristian DeJohn of Texas, Ivie Cramer of Texas, Colby of Texas, Halayna of Texas and Jacee Bednar of Texas; his sister-in-law Ruth DeJohn; and his nephews, Jason DeJohn of Meadville and Shawn DeJohn of Meadville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
