He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeBaise and Mary DeBaise; his daughter Debbie DeBaise-Popp; his siblings, Mary Phillips, Rose DeBaise and Art DeBaise; and his siblings-in-law, Carole DeBaise, Fannie DeBaise and Tom Linz.
He is survived by: his wife Diane S. Carter-DeBaise; his brother Sylvester 'Sonny' DeBaise; his siblings-in-law, Roderick Carter (Barb) of Wisconsin and Marcia Carter-Linz of Meadville; his sons, Joseph DeBaise of Denver, CO and Mark DeBaise of Corry; and his stepchildren, Douglas Wykoff of Meadville and Dawn MacLeod of Alexandria, VA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
