He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Diane E. Brooks and Charles Hazaga; and his great-grandparent Verna Harrison. He is survived by: his parents, Jason M. Hazaga (Lauri Ekiert) and Dawn L. Brooks (William Alexander); his siblings, Chad Hazaga (Courtney Holland) of Port Vue and Sierra Hazaga of McKeesport; his grandparents, Ida Hazaga of North Versailles and R. Craig Brooks; and his uncles, George Harrison (Holly Davis) of Glassport and Matt Brooks (Jackie) of East McKeesport. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Tyler's family.
