He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Beans" Kearney and Pearl Pierce Kearney. He is survived by: his siblings, Doreen Goetz (late Robert) of Fort Mill, SC and Rick Kearney (Marianne) of Wexford, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle Herring (Christopher), Robert Goetz (Carrie), Regis Kearney and Joseph Kearney.
