He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Andrews and Helen Andrews (Brodzinski). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Andrews (Ballas); his children, Joshua Andrews of Morgantown, WV and Melissa Slotter (Matt) of Hempfield; and his grandchildren, Jayla Andrews, Adalynn and Claudia Slotter.
