He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pollack and Mary Pollack (Tkac); and his wife Dorothy Pollack. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Firda (Robert), Lois Basl (late David), Jacqueline Pollack, Kimberly Pollack and Corpus Christi Church. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
