He is survived by: his children, Jamie O'Rourke (Kerwin) of White Oak, Adam Chizmar of Liberty Borough, Erin Schlessinger (Ryan Martin) of Belle Vernon and Danielle; his grandchildren, Audrey (Josh), Ava, Ally, Max, Olivia, Hailey and Emily; his siblings, Janice Dunn (Paul) of Philadelphia and Thomas Chizmar (Veronica); his aunt Beverly Tull of Lincoln; and his pets, Diamond and Vixon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
