He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Varo and Beatrice L. Summers Varo; and his sister Cynthia Varo Strictland. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie M. Krol Varo; his children, Brittany, Nicholas of McKean and Mitchell Varo; and his brothers, Samuel J. Varo, Jr. and Daniel R. Varo.
