Cowan (Corle) of Martinsburg; his daughters, Rebecca Cowan Dick (Russell) of Roaring Spring and Kimberly Marie Duffy (Mike) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Vanessa M., Caleb R. Dick, Brady Q. and Natalie M. Duffy; his stepgranddaughter Janelle Mauk; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carter and Cameron Mauk.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Bill may be given to Martinsburg Community Library, 201 S. Walnut St., Martinsburg, or your favorite local charity.
