She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold F. Over and Julia R. Over (Barley); and her siblings, Carlton, Jerre R. and Geraldine E. Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Rodger S. "Bacon" Hoover; her son Colin Hoover (Debra) of Martinsburg; her grandsons, Justin C. of Hollidaysburg, Andrew B. of Hollidaysburg and Travis S. (Kiley) of Martinsburg; and her sister Judith Ann Dambeck (William) of Altoona.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church, 115 E. Penn St., Martinsburg.
