He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle C. Brumbaugh and Pauline M. Brumbaugh (Criswell); and his brother Raymond H. Brumbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Dell; his children, Andrew L. (Lisa), Matthew C. (Amber), Chester J., Jill A. Brumbaugh of Martinsburg and Beth P. Hickey (John) of Martinsburg; and his sister Dorcas L. Rhodes (Ron) of Clappertown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
