Barbara Claire Kane Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2020, Barbara Claire Kane of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Duane Anderson of Everett, WA; her close friend Earl Mallory of Altoona, PA; her former spouse Garson L. Kane; her parents, Katherine Weckerly and Gordon Weckerly; and her siblings, Carol Shockley and Thomas Weckerly.
She is survived by: her husband Gar; her children, Stacy Anderson of Shoreline, WA and Wendy Jones of Bothell, WA; her grandchildren, Ben Jones of Brooklyn, NY, Anderson Jones, Stavanger and Norway; and her siblings, Joseph, Sharon Weckerly, Joan Schmidt, Leslie and Lawrence Bates. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please honor Barb's memory by giving to your local hospice organization, local nursing or certified nursing assistant program, or to an academic nursing scholarship program to help benefit an aspiring nurse.
