He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ulizio and Concetta Ulizio; and his brothers, Anthony and John, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Ulizio, Bernadette Matsook (Eugene), Rochester, Lisa Webb (Barry), Janine Dailey (Sean) and Salt; and his grandchildren, Jack, Hana Dailey, Shelby and Jeremy Webb.

Memorial donations may be made in Louis' name to Saints Peter and Paul Church, 200 Third St., Beaver, PA 15009.
