He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Marion Hanlon (Franklin); his children, Thomas Kirk Hanlon (Tricia), Jeffrey Scott Hanlon (Judy Fogle), Tracy Lynn and Jeff Cogley; his siblings, James and Joyce Hanlon; and his grandchildren, Jordan TJ, Casey and Cole. He was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
