It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy V. Semple (Marion, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 16, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Mervin Earl Hoy and Viola Elizabeth Korman; her spouses, Gerald W. Lowery and Emmett Arbie Semple; her brother Ray Fred Hoy; her great grandchild Braven; her siblings, Grace Isabel, Earl Mervin, Anna Katherine, Glenn Homer and Mary Elizabeth; her stepdaughter Jerrie Anna Lowery Grieb (James); her grandchildren, Jim Grieb (Beth), Julie Grieb Johnson (Jeremy), Brian Confer (Michelle), Bruce Confer (Sunelby), Allen Lowery (Heather), Laura Lowery Emberton (Philip), Ryan Confer, Brandon Confer, Dyann Confer, Dallas Terrell (Patricia) and Christy Terrell; her great grandchildren, Kiera Grieb Park (Evan), Jim Grieb (Megan), Renny Grieb, Chase Johnson, Malaya Johnson, Alexis Morrison Confer, Caden Confer, Camden Confer, Britny Lowery, Chelcea Lowery, Daniel Emberton, Dalton Emberton, Dakota Mateer and Zane Terrell; and also, Donna Marie Lowery Confer (Richard), Allen Luther Lowery, Susan Viola Lowery Confer and Jody Semple Everhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
