She was predeceased by: her parent Joanne Elliott (Nixon). She is survived by: her parent Carl R. Elliott, Sr.; her siblings, Adrienne Waters (Phil), Charles Elliott of Lancaster and Marc Elliott (Anita) of Mountville; her sister-in-law Loretta F. Elliott; and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Waters, Brie Waters, Aisha Lee, Brandon Elliott and Veronica Meadows.
