Hoffman; her mother Charlene King of Ambler; her children, Angelica Hoffman of Malvern, Schuyler Hoffman of Seaford, DE, Lucas of Malvern, Leah of Malvern and Hannah Hoffman of Malvern; her granddaughter Eleanor Kauffman; her siblings, Justin Keeth of Florida, Dawn Keeth of Upper Darby and Courtney Keeth of Boothwyn; and her stepsister Rachel Walker of Eddystone.
