We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2019, at the age of 75, Phillip Duffy (Malvern, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen and Joseph Duffy Jr.; his daughter Carrie Ferguson (Jason); his grandchildren, Kasey and Ashley Ferguson; and his siblings, Carol Ann Wolfington (late Harry), Francis Duffy (Mary Anne), Jerry Duffy (Jan) and Jay Duffy, III.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) , 320 Woolley Rd., Merion Station, PA 19066.
