He was predeceased by: his spouse Helen Anne Renzi Foultz; his parent Charles Wolbert; and his siblings, Howard, Elwood, Ellen "Sis" Jones, Charles, Jr. and Sherman "Sonny" Foultz.

He is survived by: his parent Laura Ann Dissinger Foultz; his sister Carolyn W.; his spouse Ralph Newbert of Rockland; and his niece Bonnie (Clayton Hutchins) of Willow Street, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, P.O. Box 98018, Washington D.C. 20090-8018.
