She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Gombert; her parents, John A. Kufrovich and Olga Kufrovich (Smigo); and her sisters, Kathleen (Leo Sweeney) of Barnesville and Helene Heckman of Barnesville.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie L. Gombert, Kim A. (Bryan Whitney) of Lehighton and Randy (Adele Gombert) of Lehighton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren. 9 great-grandchildren. 2 great-great-grandchildren.
