He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fegley and Lois Fegley (Krebs); and his nephew James Kemmerle. He is survived by: his close friend Donna L. Graver; his son Kenneth R. Fegley Jr. (Tracy) of Nesquehoning; his sister Marie Kemmerle of Jim Thorpe; his grandchildren, Amanda and Evan Fegley of Nesquehoning; and his niece Donna Kruslicky.

Memorial Contributions in his honor may be made to the Carbon County Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St. Nesquehoning, Pa. 18240.
