Ethel Berg Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2021, at the age of 95, Ethel Berg in Mahoning, Pennsylvania, born in Northampton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Suto and Mary Suto (Terplan); her son-in-law Keith Mertz; her granddaughter Rebecca Mertz; and her siblings, Elsie Milkovitz, William Suto, Raymond Suto and Joseph Suto, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Diane Mertz of Kutztown, PA, Eugene Rehrig (Jean) of Akron, PA and Danny Rehrig; her grandson Robert Mertz; her great grandchildren, Robbie Culmer and Kathryn Mertz; her siblings, Yolanda (William Honsel) of Coplay and Eugene Suto of Slatington; and her sister-in-law Margie Babyak of Slatington.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ethel's name can be made to the Slatington Volunteer Fire Company or Northern Valley EMS.
