He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Kumrow and Mary Jane James Kumrow Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jacob J. Kumrow of East Palestine, Jarod C. Kumrow-Davis of Bessemer and Julianna Maria Kumrow of Negley, OH; and his sister Pamela S. McElroy of Enon Valley. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
