He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Waughen and Martha Waughen (Reeder); and his siblings, Melva Burns, Donald Waughen Sr. and Ceril A. Waughen.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cooper; his daughters, Debra Harmon (Daniel) of Watsontown, Carol Waughen of Lewisburg and Jill Davidson (Thomas) of Milton; and his grandchildren, Nicole Huey, Joshua Criswell, Meghan Zettelmoyer, Daniel Waughen and Sofia Waughen. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
