Steele (Mahoning, Pennsylvania), born in Milton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Martin Keefer; and her siblings, Edward Keefer, Clark Keefer, Wilbur Keefer, Reynolds Keefer, Donald Keefer, Martin Keefer, Onnolee Brown and Mary Snyder.
She is survived by: her parent Bessie Keefer (Guffey); her sons-in-law, Bonnie Neuer, James Neuer of Milton, Susan Russell and Edward Russell of Montandon; and her grandchildren, Andy Neuer of Lewisburg, Tina Dreese of Montandon, Scott Russell of Centre Hall and Steven Russell of Montandon. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren, and five step great-great grandchildren.
The family will provide flowers and ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 102 Lower Market St., Milton, Pa 17847 or to the Salvation Army of Milton, 30 Center St., Milton, PA 17847.
