Milligan of Macungie, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David John Milligan; and her parents, John H. Moore and Sally Mae Moore (Devitt). She is survived by: her children, David John Milligan, Jr. (Kimberly) of Harleysville and Pamela J. McCarthy (David J.) of Macungie; her grandchildren, Sally (Matt), Mandy (Anthony), Heather, David and Grace; her great grandchildren, Jack and Joe; and her sister Jane Kovach of Indiana.
