Bloch; her children, Adrienne Jacob (James Berryman) of Mertztown and Larry Jacob (Daphene) of New Jersey; her stepsons, Jeremy Bloch of North Carolina and Jason Bloch of Macungie; her sister Donna Foulke; her grandchildren, Nicole, Alex, Dylan, Stephan, Mayah and Tanner; her great grandchild Riley; and her sister-in-law Barbara Heinly.
