It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Waters of Lykens, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinson Waters and Elsie Waters (Oxenrider); his brothers-in-law, Doug Stark, David McCleve and Shane LeFevre; and his parents-in-law, Maurice and Sharon LeFevre.
He is survived by: his wife Verda Waters (LeFevre) of Lykens; his stepchildren, Kristina (Katie Roberts-Hopkins), Darrel (Lyssa Hopkins), Rebecca Hopkins and Jennifer (Eli Scharhon); his grandchildren, Lilly, Amelia, Aliannah, Willa, Fitzgerald and Piper; his brothers, Paul Oxenrider, Reynold, George, Jim and Tim Waters; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Stark, Wendy McCleve, Carla Schattenkerk and Clayton.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to the funeral home.
