She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ronald Perkins, Cindy Perkins and Daniel Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Kailey, Bryce Gibson, Karen Perkins, Kelsey Kolva, Kolby Snyder and Dakota Perkins.
