He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Styer and Alverta Styer (Rettew); and his siblings, Charles, William, Robert Styer, Mary Jane Beam and Ruth Ann Kline.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne L. Styer (Mathers) of Lititz; his sons, Ted V. Styer of Lititz, Todd V. Styer (Darlene) of Ephrata and Michael E. Styer (Stephanie) of Denver, PA; and his brothers, Gerald Styer (Janice) and Tim Styer (Jean) of Lititz.
