She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry Brackeen and Margaret Eubanks Brackeen; and her husband William Edmond Bullington. She is survived by: her daughters, Malinda Menarchek (Joe) of Huntsville and Joni Smith (Robert) of Murrieta, CA; her grandchildren, Matthew, Daniel Menarchek and Lydia Smith; and her sister Martha Ann Reece.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no visitation or service.
