She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur P. Harris and Dorothy C. Robertson; and her husband Andre Alba. She is survived by: her children, Oneita Porter (David) of Philadelphia, Danielle Alba (Joe) of Limestone, Andra Barnes (Steven) of Philadelphia and Tony Alba of Pennsylvania; and her sister Rosa Pettiford of New Jersey.
