He is survived by: his sister Patricia Otero of Lewistown; his niece Erica Bell (Jason) of Belleville; his nephew Tyler Otero (Meredith) of Millstone, N. J.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caden, Reece, Elissa, Charlie and Sienna.
