It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Irvin Stewart of Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Stewart and Ruth Stewart (Bush); his wife Betty L. Stewart (Harshbarger); and his siblings, Phyllis Witmer, Janet Fultz, John, Gary and Glenn Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Roy I. Stewart II (Cindy) of Lewistown, Steven I. Stewart of Lewistown, Dennis B. Stewart of Lewistown, Rose M. Stewart of Lewistown and Terry L. Stewart (Deb Wertz) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Sean Stewart, Christopher Stewart, Erica Crotty (Kyle), Nathan Goss, Erin Cavanaugh and Gage Smith (Anya); his great grandchildren, Mason Stewart, Makayla, Sophie Crotty, Zachary, Tyler Goss, Brayden, Brynleigh Cavanaugh and Deckard Smith; and his brothers, Harold Stewart of Lewistown, Warren Stewart (Jeanne) of Lewistown and Kenneth Stewart of Lewistown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Roy's name to East Granville Fire Company, 307 Granville Road, Granville, PA 17029.
