He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virginia, John Dean Jr., Arlene and Gene Cliber. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Bilger (Dean) and Larry Cliber; his son Jarrod Bilger; and his siblings, Kimberly Carson and Larry Cliber. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
