He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kelley and B. Pauline Kelley (Settles); and his siblings, Connie Derringer, Patricia Beers and William Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Kelley (George); his children, Jessica Vance (Christopher) of Lewistown and Richard Kelley, Jr. (Christy) of Lewistown; and his brother Darl Kelley (Gloria) of Newark. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
